The Omni channel Technical Lead will be responsible for defining process for enhancing the consumer/shopping experience. This position will ensure clients are engaged during all elements of the customer experience including pre-shopping, shopping, post-purchase, and in between shopping cycles. This position will be responsible for developing and leveraging process improvements to Omni channel retailing, as well as directing the technical execution of all programs. The lead will be will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and maintenance of the DOM system and deliver the omni channel functionalities using Manhattan DOM.
