The Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to create a strong and advanced analytics team focusing on our customer. This position will conduct data mining, machine learning algorithms, and leveraging it for customer insights across all channels. This position will be responsible for two main areas: 1) monitoring, measuring and reporting of customer metrics and 2) supporting the building of advanced segmentation models to increase customer frequency and spend, as well as drive customer acquisition strategy.
