The Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to create a strong and advanced analytics team focusing on our customer. This position will conduct data mining and develop machine learning algorithms, and leverage it for customer insights across all channels.
A successful candidate will assist with the development and implementation of marketing analytics and database marketing principles. Works with marketing teams to understand business needs, develop improved analytical solutions, data-driven marketing strategies/tactics, and reports to validate and measure results and provide customers easy access to relevant information.
The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for providing support for customer analytics, marketing optimization, marketing operations including test plans, campaign testing, suppression and segmentation, assisting in modeling and campaign analytics. The successful candidate has a proven track record in customer analytics and database marketing capabilities. This role will require the ability not only to set and deliver against the overarching strategy, but also to be an active contributor to the daily workload and tactical activities. Customer analytics supports all areas of the customer marketing organization.
