The Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to create a strong and advanced analytics team focusing on our customer. This position will conduct data mining, machine learning algorithms, and leveraging it for customer insights across all channels. This position will be responsible for two main areas: 1) monitoring, measuring and reporting of customer metrics and 2) supporting the building of advanced segmentation models to increase customer frequency and spend, as well as drive customer acquisition strategy.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop statistical and optimization models to provide insights and helps optimize customer segmentation
  • Develop models to predict customer lifetime value
  • Construct promotion and content forecasts for customer clusters
  • Support design, set up, and evaluation of hypotheses testing
  • Develop reporting on customer metrics
  • Track and analyze model parameters and estimates over time
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and IT Teams to improve data pipelines
  • Execute ad hoc data analyses in response to business requests


Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or related field
  • 5-7 years in analytics role including experience in advanced analytics (statistical modeling)
  • Experience working with transaction level, email, and customer data strongly preferred
  • Retail industry experience preferred
  • UNICA experience a plus



Skills and Behaviors:


  • Ability to manage external resources

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Proficient in Google

  • Strong working knowledge in SAS

  • Strong working knowledge in Adobe.

  • Working knowledge in Python and WEKA

  • Strong knowledge in A/B testing/digital testing & digital analytics

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop insights from complex data structure
