The Associate Graphic Designer will assist with the visual look of all creative needs for seasonal campaigns used within multiple channels. The individual in this role will have strong problem-solving skills as well as expertise in leveraging typography, photography and illustration to accomplish projects. This role is part of the Creative Marketing team and collaborates closely with all cross-channel partners. The Associate Graphic Designer must be able to switch gears frequently – from brainstorming brand initiatives and Omni-channel executions to designing last-minute store signage needs.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Support team with creation of visual concepts, comps, designs, and layouts in various formats
  • Produce mechanicals and prep digital files
  • Adapt approved layouts to various formats including re-designing foreign translation copy layouts
  • Partner with in-house Production Team from design to completion
  • Collaborate with Creative Marketing Directors to develop and execute seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Partner with other departments to ensure a cohesive look for each season
  • Research retail creative/marketing trends and translate into graphics based on specific concepts
  • Maintain project libraries and organize graphics by season and concept
  • Install seasonal floor-set creative marketing into mock stores
  • Support Concept Team with trend-room and showroom instillations
  • Develop new typography and layout solutions


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic art
  • Retail industry experience preferred


Skills and Behaviors:

  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Able to work independently and also be a team player
  • Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
