Overview

The Associate Manager Marketing Loyalty will be responsible for the development and coordination of all Air Miles Programs and the loyalty strategy in Canada. This position will work with numerous internal departments and external partners to grow the Loyalty program at The Children’s Place.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the client relationship and assist in the ongoing development of the Air Miles Loyalty Program in Canada
  • Coordinate the execution of all Air Miles Program campaigns as well as the development of new initiatives including the development of all creative briefs, routing of approvals, writing store communication, and analyzing results
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners to create new processes and functionality
  • Work with external partners, as needed, to complete execution of programs
  • Clearly communicate project status to all parties, analyze solutions, resolve issues, identify alternatives, and make appropriate recommendations for resolution to ensure project success
  • Analyze metrics and provide recommendations to grow the Loyalty program internally and externally
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to coordinate new marketing creative and rollout each season

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in loyalty or credit marketing a plus
  • Experience in direct marketing and/or consumer retail industry a plus
  • Experience in project management a plus
