The Client Services Representative will be responsible for responding to and resolving all hardware and software issues from corporate users.  This position will install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve all IT related requests.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolve support calls and email requests to meet or exceed service level objectives
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printing issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Mac OS Environments
  • Install and configure new hire hardware and software
  • Support Mobile Devices
  • Document all incidents and service requests into call tracking system
  • Communicate resolution to end users
  • Assist remote users
  • Provide after-hours support
  • Conduct new hire setup


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical college preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience at corporate helpdesk
  • Retail industry experience a plus
  • Experience with software including, but not limited to Windows 7, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Outlook 2010, Active Directory Administration, and Cisco VPN



Skills and Behaviors:

  • Technical knowledge of hardware including, but not limited to desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, copiers, IP Phones, iPads, and iPhones
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac
  • Familiarity with conference room AV technology a plus
  • Exceptional  interpersonal, customer service, and verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills
