Overview

The IT / Digital Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing exempt and non-exempt candidates for The Children’s Place corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process for IT and Digital positions for The Children’s Place corporate office
  • Build relationships and partner with hiring managers to obtain an overall understanding of their current and potential open positions
  • Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract and identify qualified applicants through a variety of sources (e.g. internet, careers website, cold calling, employee referrals, networking, professional organizations, and job fairs)
  • Partner and recruit from local colleges
  • Network, market, and form relationships with candidates
  • Partner with Recruiting Director to identify appropriate compensation packages for candidates
  • Complete reference and background checks

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in a the IT / Digital environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Skills and Behaviors:

  • Must have demonstrated skills in developing internal customer relationships while managing expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
