The Website Content Coordinator/Ecommerce Production Coordinator will be responsible for adding, modifying and maintaining the US and Canadian sales catalog, including all products, outfits, shops and promotional links.  In addition to product categorization, editing and quality assurance, this person will be responsible for working with creative, copy and merchandising to implement sales campaigns, event pages and hidden links. Responsibilities also include managing site navigation, assigning deadlines to cross functional partners, running data loads and daily site review to ensure an overall positive customer shopping experience.  The ideal candidate will work closely with all cross functional partners and be able to assign deadlines and manage others while meeting those deadlines.  This candidate will need to possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/assignments, pay close attention to detail, thrive in a rapidly changing environment and meet short deadlines.


Core Responsibilities

  • Categorize, review, assign attributes and load products to the site for new seasons and monthly deliveries
  • Develop and implement content strategy
  • Proactively manage floorset calendars to meet company deadlines
  • Create deadlines, prioritize tasks and manage workflow for cross functional partners
  • Build event pages and hidden links to support online promotions and email campaigns
  • Proof all areas of UAT to ensure accuracy of images, copy, pricing and product categorization, and provide signoff for production loads
  • Work with Fulfillment Center and related partners to ensure products are prioritized and received in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage on site search terms for the site
  • Some analytical reporting on site conversion and customer behavior



  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Some working experience using catalog management tools a plus
  • Extremely organized with excellent follow-through and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; must build strong relationships with key internal partners and be able to seek out resources and support needed to achieve goals
  • Extensive problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while managing cross functional partners
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Sharepoint
