The Merchandise Business Analyst will support and help drive the company’s Merchandising, Planning & Allocation initiatives, where the goal is to unlock the power of analytics and technology to help improve the company’s merchandise financial performance. The Analyst will conduct analysis, own reporting, and help design and execute processes to advance the company’s merchandising and planning capabilities for all of its product divisions across the company’s multiple selling channels including US stores, Canadian stores and eCommerce. Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics, this position will partner with internal cross functional teams such as Planning, Allocation, Merchandising, Information Technology and Store Operations as well as external service providers.
