The Director, Learning and Organizational Development is responsible for the assessment, design and delivery of our global learning and development strategy, as well as activities and interventions that will build a strong organization at the individual, team and company level. This position is responsible for mapping learning needs against our competency model and writing and delivering interactive, multichannel and pedagogically sound learning opportunities. A member of the corporate Human Resources team, this position reports to the Vice President, Learning Change and Communications.
