The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development and administration of compensation policies and programs including base pay, job evaluation, and annual incentive programs.  This position is responsible for providing analysis and building strong working relationships with HR Business Partners and management to ensure that business needs are identified and met.


  • Support the design and interpretation of compensation policies, market intelligence and government regulations
  • Assist in the participation of salary surveys and analyze results in order to assess competitiveness of total compensation and market trends
  • Provide support and analysis during the annual compensation processes (salary increases and annual incentive plans) and work with HR Business Partners to administer the process
  • Partner with peers in Human Resources and other departments to provide appropriate guidance regarding pay decisions, policies, and guideline interpretation and job evaluation
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new technology initiatives
  • Administer incentive programs
  • Prepare compensation related analyses, presentation materials, reports, etc.
  • Monitor federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs
  • Managing the relocation program policies and expenses
