  • Overview

    The Business Analyst will work with associates to understand business processes and workflows. This position will provide guidance and training to staff on improved processes and provide presentations to management on the risks and benefits of newly implemented processes.  This position will implement and support changes to organization structures, business processes and protocols, and new and enhanced software capabilities.  The Business Analyst will support project management, work stream allocation, process design, technology evolution, and business support. Additionally this position will be responsible for analyzing process improvement development, resource refinement, and assessing requirements for business reporting metrics (KPI).


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Perform business process analysis and assist with the design and improvement of new and existing processes
    • Use initial project direction to create processes, supporting protocols, and potential tools and present to manager for review
    • Execute tasks through completion based on direction and review from manager with swift turnaround
    • Conduct process/data analysis to mitigate risks to stay on-track
    • Recommend report definition requirements, mockups and KPIs to support business process operations and critical decisions
    • Provide research to develop detailed, cross-functional business processes that standardize and streamline ways of working (Global Sourcing, Design, Merchandising and Planning)
    • Support process definition and implementation through direct leadership alignment and stakeholder management
    • Support process adoption and adherence regularly by maintaining a pulse on the organizations and vendor community and effectively resolving roadblocks
    • Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of recently implemented processes
    • Contribute to the development of user documentation (guides, training materials, etc.)
    • Collaborate with Information Technology as needed to ensure functionality for users


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of direct experience with product lifecycle applications and systems
    • Experience constructing, implementing, and communicating  new operational processes and procedures
    • Experience in product development, pre-production and production highly desirable

    • Expert in Microsoft Office including  Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
