The Business Analyst will work with associates to understand business processes and workflows. This position will provide guidance and training to staff on improved processes and provide presentations to management on the risks and benefits of newly implemented processes. This position will implement and support changes to organization structures, business processes and protocols, and new and enhanced software capabilities. The Business Analyst will support project management, work stream allocation, process design, technology evolution, and business support. Additionally this position will be responsible for analyzing process improvement development, resource refinement, and assessing requirements for business reporting metrics (KPI).
