The Information Security Administrator will be responsible for managing the Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, assist with compliance activities, and monitoring of the security of enterprise systems and infrastructure.  The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have basic project management skills.


Desired areas of knowledge include Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Incident Response, Access Control and Authorization, Advanced Threat Protection and infrastructure security. 


Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, support, and manage the corporate Identity Management system, including Single Sign-On.
  • Assist with the current federation and authentication environment and make recommendations for alignment with future state architecture.
  • Implement and support security technologies such as Privileged Access Management, Network Access Control (NAC), and reverse/web proxy.
  • Work closely with Security Operations, Internal Audit, and application owners to help drive the identity strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and modify scripts written in PERL, UNIX Shell, etc., within the UNIX/LINUX environment.
  • Analyze and or escalate security threats found internally or via Managed Security Service Providers.
  • Monitor and distribute security notifications in adherence with the established notification/security information sharing protocols.
  • Assist with documenting security policies, standards, and guidelines based on the organization's requirements and compliance objectives.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, plans, and scope using standard project management methodologies.
  • Assist with Compliance/Audit activities including Sarbanes-Oxley and Payment Card Industry standards.   
  • Must be open to providing off-hours support.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Security
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management software (CA, IBM, etc.)
  • Experience with Privilege Access Management (CyberArk, Beyond Trust, etc.)
  • Basic system administration experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of scripting a plus
  • Security-related certifications a plus (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH)
  • Experience with industry standard frameworks, best practices, and compliance regulations (ISO, NIST, PCI, SOX, etc.)
