This position will provide administrative support up to 3 Senior level executives. In addition to heavy calendar management, this position will perform duties such completing expense reports, ordering supplies, and working on special projects. This position will use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.


  • Provide administrative support  
  • Heavy calendar management – scheduling and planning for meetings and activities. Collaborate with other Administrative/Executive Assistants to effectively manage executive calendars
  • Process monthly expense reports in Concur.
  • Answer calls, take messages or field/answers all routine and non-routine questions
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Establish, develop, maintain, and update filing system when needed
  • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Maintain Paid Time Off (PTO) tracker for the department
  • Manage ordering of office supplies for department
  • Help with requests to set up new hire work stations for department



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience as administrative assistant to multiple executives


Skills and Behaviors:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Outlook calendar management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must
  • High level of discretion and professionalism required
