The Store Operations Omnichannel Analyst will assist in all projects relating to Omnichannel initiatives from initiation to completion. The position will manage a portfolio of projects on a daily basis and works with IT, POS, Sales Audit, LP, Store Labor, Ecom, including business requirements gathering, testing plans and user stories, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and writing training documentation for the field . This position will ensure the timely delivery, efficiency, effectiveness and optimization of our Omnichannel initiatives and projects.
